CFO Bootcamp: Let's dive into Vista

We got a request from a CFO who is new to Vista: Can you train me? It led to an interesting question: "What should a CFO know about Vista?" and "What can we do that would help the most?"We decided to put together a CFO Bootcamp, and invite 10-12 CFO/Controllers from all over the country, and lead a discussion. It will look something like this:

• Review the software, module by module, and discuss it from a high level. How does this module work? What are the core processes? How is it being used?
• Review the IT environment that the software exists in. What software interacts with Vista? How?
• Review the ways we get actionable insight from Vista, with the tools like Projections and WIP and Budget Variances and Inventory controls
• Show-and-tell: Each participant with show something they're proud of in their career, and how it might be useful to the others
