Join us for an immersive Vista training course focused on the C.E.M.P. method of equipment management.
Join us for an immersive, four-session Vista bootcamp focused on Mike Vorster's Construction Equipment Management Program. This challenging and exciting program will enable you to integrate C.E.M.P concepts into your Vista workflow.
Participants will share confidential information on topics like equipment strategies, account setup, bid rates, department setup, and financials.
All attendees must maintain strict confidentiality regarding shared insights.
This training is designed for business owners, equipment managers, and financial professionals, regardless of prior Vista knowledge. It takes a holistic approach to the Equipment Module setup, including Custom Reports to aid in strategic decision-making for your company’s fleet.
Long-term fleet success hinges on strategic planning today. We eliminate guesswork by helping you pinpoint where your expenditures lie. Whether it's scheduling maintenance, making informed purchasing decisions, or assessing equipment ROI and bid rate impact, we equip you with the tools to navigate the path ahead.
Establish concepts of fleet reliability andassociated metrics, implement work order coding and tracking, analyze the financial implications, and set actionable goals to enhance reliability.
Defining utilization and metrics, understanding how utilization impacts capital recovery. Develop dual-rate job costing and bidding strategies to optimize usage.
Fleets are in a continuous state of flux—a slow burn towards the end of their useful lives. Leveraging C.E.M.P analytics and reporting, we provide expert evaluation of equipment age, usage, and upcoming maintenance needs.
This empowers the formulation of strategic initiatives for fleet management, encompassing rental, procurement, and divestment strategies. Furthermore, within the Vista environment, specialized reports shed light on financing and loan opportunities for newly acquired assets, facilitating streamlined financial management processes, including considerations for capital expenditures (CAPEX).
